TASTE
Transport yourself into dimensions of DIPA deliciousness. The pulsating hoppy haze of this double IPA oscillates with waves of soft mango cushioning the 8.2% ABV. The sneaky abv is hidden in a tangy finish sparking with plucky notes of citrus candy.
STYLE
We love our adventures with seasonal double IPAs. Artful additions and creative hopping make these bigger profile beers absolutely delicious, soothingly drinkable, and surprisingly unique. The IPA interstices of Time Surfing are shot through with the blood orange aromas with a soft, velvet mango body.
SERVE WITH
Great with burrata cheese, and lends a nice tropical acidity with ceviche, seafood and shellfish. Go for it with spicy BBQ, sticky sauces or Thai food. Desert anyone? Try pairing with chocolate for a classic candy flavour and a craft beer twist on a “chocolate orange.”
